Electric Puppets receives support from Medteq AIM program
Electric Puppets has started to engage with the MEDTEQ program to interface with researchers, hospitals, and innovators across the country.
Halifax— January 23th, 2020 — Electric Puppets has joined MEDTEQ’s AIM program, who offers “accompaniment and support from MEDTEQ” . Based in Montreal, the AIM program offers support to innovators like Electric Puppets and presents a great opportunity to introduce Evrisia BV1 to a national network of resources and users.
“We are very excited to be a part of this program and look forward to the many opportunities for collaboration it offers. We’re already actively communicating with a number of members and the conversations seem promising” - Ryan Cameron, CEO of Electric Puppets.
“The AIM program, in partnership with IRAP-NRC, is an powerful tool for young start-ups to get more opportunities, to catalyze their technological maturation efforts, and to grow their organizational skills. Accompany health technologies’ SMEs across Canada is one of the key goals to foster collaborations and improve the Canadian healthcare.” - Diane Côté, CEO of MEDTEQ.
“As a consultant for the Acceleration Innovation MEDTEQ (AIM) Program, it has been a real pleasure to accompany Electric Puppets in the development of their challenging Business Vision and VR Technology Platform. As a coach and strategist for dozens of deep-tech start ups over 2 decades, I have rarely met a tech-entrepreneur like Ryan, who foresees so rapidly and easily the whole potential of emerging disruptive technologies, understands the complexity of the targeted medical sectors and plans to deploy generic and scalable innovative solutions. We deeply encourage and support, through the network of MEDTEQ and our partner, IRAP-NRC, such initiatives that would benefit multiple medical specialists and hospitals, but also provide medical devices/diagnosis tools affordable and easy to use by local communities, in critical needs for simple and precise medical diagnosis, available for all.”- Isabelle Deschamps, Eng, MBA, DBA (Harvard), Head Coach in the Acceleration Innovation MEDTEQ (AIM) Program
