VR Technology and creativity in Healthcare
11am Sunday May 13th at 1344 Summer St
Join us to hear from a panel of experts discuss healthcare challenges and opportunities around creativity and technology. It represents a great opportunity for healthcare professionals, academics, and community health workers to interact with the creative industry as part of the Halifax Animation Festival. The panel discussion starts at 11am, and there will be opportunity to mix and mingle at the Innovacorp facility throughout the day as groups are brought up to the Electric Puppets lab to see VR technology being used in medical research projects with the IWK Health Centre Pediatric Vision Science Research Group as well as Eadie Technologies visual field test development. For more info about the festival visit www.anifx.ca.
